We listen to the prospect, ask good questions, and guide the buyer to an expert solution that fits their budget and meets their needs. Our representatives do not design menus, but they need a good eye for design.

A Menu Works representative should be confident, articulate, intuitive, self-motivated, emotionally tough and success-oriented.

When you represent Menu Works, you’re backed by coaching, advertising, regular mailings, well-designed product literature, extensive catalogs of stock art and photography, a beautiful and varied portfolio of samples, and a talented and responsive staff that respects and supports your mission.

Where Will You Work?

Our plan is to establish a representative in every major metropolitan area in the Southeast. Typically you will cover roughly a 100-mile radius, more or less depending on the territory. Think of all the restaurants in the region of Orlando, Atlanta, Nashville or the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. In such a dynamic market you would never run out of prospects.

We are seeking to fill positions in metropolitan areas throughout the Southeast.

Compensation

Compensation is a combination of a base salary, plus commission.  Higher commissions are paid for new business than for repeat business.  Our goal is that, over time, your income will shift more and more to commission as you succeed with the company.

People in the hospitality industry are generally friendly and good to work with. You will schedule your own appointments and manage your own time. We will expect great results, but will not micromanage what you do to achieve them. Menu Works is a small company, with fewer than 20 employees. We will probably never have more than 100 employees.
