Where Will You Work?
Our plan is to establish a representative in every major metropolitan area in the Southeast. Typically you will cover roughly a 100-mile radius, more or less depending on the territory. Think of all the restaurants in the region of Orlando, Atlanta, Nashville or the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. In such a dynamic market you would never run out of prospects.
We are seeking to fill positions in metropolitan areas throughout the Southeast.
Compensation
During the first six months, the sales representative receives a salary plus commission. After that, the commission rate increases substantially and it is a straight commission position with a draw against commission. We realize this kind of compensation package is not for everyone, but many capable salespeople prefer it because of the high-earnings potential.
“Draw against commission” means you receive a regular paycheck. As your sales exceed the commission you pay back the draw out of this surplus. As your commission consistently exceeds the draw, you will enjoy the full benefits of this arrangement. Your income will be in exact proportion to your success in selling.
Each rep provides their own vehicle, but receives an ample allowance for driving expenses. We also provide a cell phone and a laptop computer. Other benefits include vacation, health insurance and a simple IRA retirement savings plan.
